Shipping Option
We currently offers one shipping service: Express Mail Service (EMS) for all orders.

offer only apply to order ship to Australia, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark,
France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macao,
Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden,
United Kingdom, United States(exclude Puerto Rico), Thailand, Taiwan,
Vietnam.
Other countries shipments will be charged postage costs
calculated by weight and destination. Sell-clshoes.com's prices do
not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the
above countries may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and
taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the
customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance
fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
may be.
Shipping Restrictions
We
only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your
credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address,
please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to
address to your acct).
Delivery Time
Receipt of all orders normally takes 6-10
business days by EMS. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping
time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from
24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your
order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and
packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping
begins, shipping time is the EMS transit time from the warehouse to
your shipping address.
International Shipping
We
offer Express Mail Service with insurance tracking confirmation &
shipping box. It usually takes 6-10 working days for delivery. Additional
24-48 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours
in case we have to contact PayPal or Credit Card payment processor for
verification.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges.
* For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there may be delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
Order Tracking
Order tracking is available in the My Account page or we'll send you a tracking link with tracking number via email when the order has been dispatched.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
* Delivery occurs on full days, Mondays through Sundays.
* There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
* It may take 24 hour before tracking information appears on the website.
* Also, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
If
you are not satisfied with your order, you reserve the rights to accept a
return or an exchange for merchandise of unworn, unwashed, or defective
merchandise within 15 days of receipt.
You
can return your order within up to 15 days after received your order.
Items that you return or exchange must be in the brand new condition as
you received and also in the original box. Sell-clshoes.com does
not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
Once
we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment
method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.
Once the carrier shows that we received your return package, allow 3-5
business days for your credit to be issued.
Please allow 1-2
weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you
requested an exchange. We will send you an order confirmation email for
your exchange order as soon as it is placed. If you are in a hurry,
return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for
your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the
new/replacement item.
